Hampton Inn Pittsburgh-Monroeville

We loved staying here! The hotel is just minutes from Boyce Park, where my kids enjoyed the wave pool and picnic area. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of choices for everyone's tastes. A solid family-friendly option.

My kids wished there were more activities in the hotel to keep them entertained during downtime.

Had a really great stay for 1 night. The staff was pleasant and competent from arrival to departure. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Stunning location very close to the parkway, the many stores and Pittsburgh, I felt safe. It also was wonderfully close to the PA turnpike. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

While the location is convenient with attached dining options and comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, highlighted by hair in the shower and a lack of basic amenities. Staff were friendly but the overall experience was marred by these issues.

The place was fairly clean and IDEAL, it had absolutely friendly staff from the other shift. The location was great as for me, short walk to stores and restaurants, the parkway, and the eastern suburb. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a spacious room and appreciated the constant supply of coffee. The check-in was frustrating, and we had to wait too long. Tips, arrive early or check in using the app for a smoother experience.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating--way beyond what's required. Despite all the hotels in the area, we always go here when we stay in the Pittsburgh area.

Location: right off the turnpike. Breakfast was variety. Fruit and toast and also cereal but hot food as well. My children like the waffles. I like dry cereal and fruit.

I have no complaints. I always try to stay there when I come to that exit and it is late.

easy parking and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable for the bike race. love the clean pool area! remember to try the breakfast for a hearty start.

This place suits me perfectly. With amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a snack bar, I have everything I need. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with my elderly parents during my first stay. Highly recommend!

The overall conditions and staff were great

The elevator was not operating for 2 days of my stay. I rented 3 rooms, 2 on the 3rd floor and 1 on the 9th floor. This was a problem for all the guests, however the hotel made it right without ant argument.

The room was clean, and the breakfast options included delicious fresh pastries and assorted fruits. This visit reminded me of my previous stay, where the staff was friendly, and the amenities were great.
